This is one of my best recipes that i really enjoyed my time while i'm preparing it. it's so easy and all the family love it and the cost of all the components is so cheap but it's take a time to cut and wrap the all the mixtures but in the end you will enjoy the taste : )

SORRY I had used half the components of the above photo
because i don't need more than 40 pieces.
the follow components is :-
1/2 green pepper
1 carrots
1/4 cabbage - must be 30% of the amount in the whole components
3 large spoons of soya sauce
full chicken 1000 gm
3 green onions
40 spring roll pastry
1 big spoon of olive oil
sprinkle of garlic powder
sprinkle of little salt - some soya sauce is too salty so
don't add salt if you are going for that kind
sprinkle of black pepper - it's depend on the taste so it's
like 1 tsp.

cutting the chicken to 4 pieces and boil it for 20 min
in water with 1 t.b of salt and Peel of a
lemon to add nice smell .

adding garlic powder depend on your taste I didn't add that
much because i like it with light taste.

I had added this kind of herbals but don't ask me what is this : $
I got it from Spain but it gives good smell.

start mixing well and you will see the ingredients starts being
soft. you know the salt and the black pepper taking out the water of the vegetable.

here is my little secret add very small amount of peel of
lemon as it shown in my finger to mixture and mix them all together.

to
help the spring roll pastry to not open while you frying it you need to
add 1 tsp. of Corn starch
and little water and mix them well.

now there are ready to the deep
fry bath.
