Beef Burger





This is my first time to make beef burger it was nice and easy with one 2 main components only and the others are optional spices so lets start.

the components :-
1 egg
1 tbs bread crumb
400gm ground beef
1 small onion
1 tsp black paper
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika

i have made 3 big burgers from the all components.

chopping the onion in the kitchen processor.

adding the ground beef to the chopped onion and let's them mixed for 30 sec.

adding the egg ,salt,bread crumb, garlic powder and the paprika and mix them well.

our mixture is really to be grilled.

shape all the burger that you have and let them rest in the refrigerator for 5 to 10 minuets.

open the stove and heat the pan for medium heat then Greased the pan with olive oil.

lets start grilling and make sure that the pan is hot enough.

turn upside down every 3 min. to not burn it from outside.

the final preparations : ) and you can add all your favorites topping.

Shrimp Tempura







This recipe is one of the easiest, enjoyable and the preparation time will be in less than 40 min. be noted all the family will finish it in less than 5 minutes 
: p  and you will believe when you try : )

the required components :-



1/2 cup all purpose flour.
20 piece peeled shrimp.
1/2 cup bread crumb.
2 eggs.
1/2 tsp salt.
1/2 tsp black paper.
1/2 tsp garlic powder.
1/2 tsp paprika powder.

i have used this korean brand of bread crumb it's really make it so crispy i wish that you can find it your super-markets.

lets starts by adding the salt to the flour.

adding black paper.

adding garlic powder.

adding paprika powder then mix them well.

breaking the both eggs and whisk them well.

as shown in the photo take a piece of shrimp and try to break muscle by turn it to the opposite side of it shape and please do it softly or you will break it to two pieces.



as you see this is the required shape but unfortunately some of them when you fry it will take the curvy shape again but with less cravenness.

cover it with the flour except the tail part.

dipping it in the beaten eggs.

cover the shrimp in the bread crumb except the tail part and repeat the process again if you like your shimp more thicker. "eggs dipping and bread crumb only" .

cutting the tail to give nice shape " optional " : )

dipping sauce is 1 tbs. of katchap + 1 tbs. mayo this is the real sauce but i like to add 1/2 tps mastered and it's optional.

Chicken Spring Rolls




This is one of my best recipes that i really enjoyed my time while i'm preparing it. it's so easy and all the family love it and the cost of all the components is so cheap but it's take a time to cut and wrap the all the mixtures but in the end you will enjoy the taste : )

SORRY  I had used half the components of the above photo because i don't need more than 40 pieces.



the follow components is :-



1/2 green pepper
1 carrots
1/4 cabbage - must be 30% of the amount in the whole components
3 large spoons of soya sauce
full chicken 1000 gm
3 green onions
40 spring roll pastry
1 big spoon of olive oil
sprinkle of garlic powder
sprinkle of little salt - some soya sauce is too salty so don't add salt if you are going for that kind
sprinkle of black pepper - it's depend on the taste so it's like 1 tsp.

cutting the chicken to 4 pieces and boil it for 20 min in water with 1 t.b of salt and Peel of a lemon to add nice smell  .

start cutting all the components with long shape except the green onion cutting it to slices.

the chicken is ready so I will keep to cool down before i starts cutting it to small pieces.

adding the soya sauce to the mixture.

sprinkle of magical black pepper.

sprinkle of salt and don't forget that soya sauce is salty so don't add salt if your soya is too salty.

adding garlic powder depend on your taste I didn't add that much because i like it with light taste.

I had added this kind of herbals but don't ask me what is this : $ I got it from Spain but it gives good smell.

start mixing well and you will see the ingredients starts being soft. you know the salt and the black pepper taking out the water of the vegetable.

now add gingeriest amount of olive oil to the mixture and mix it again for seconds to make it stick together.

cutting the chicken to nice small cubes.

adding the chicken yummmy and don't mix them just wait ok ?

 here is my little secret add very small amount of peel of lemon as it shown in my finger to mixture and mix them all together.

start stuffing our spring rolls.

to help the spring roll pastry to not open while you frying it you need to add 1 tsp. of Corn starch and little water and mix them well.

now there are ready to the deep fry bath.

they are ready to eat = ) they look delicious.
